Jim Neely founded Interstate Bar-B-Q over 30 years ago, and with it he spawned a veritable barbecue empire. But while his nephews have gone on to Food Network stardom, Jim himself is a local institution.
We took a tour of Mr. Neely's original Memphis restaurant—including a visit to his smokehouse and a glimpse into his custom-built BBQ pits. Warning: if you're a fan of smoked meat, this video will probably make you very hungry.
