The Stars Wars–themed merchandise just keeps on coming in anticipation of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. A couple weeks ago, we told you about a line of lightsaber-inspired cutlery, and now you can make the perfect food to eat with your supremely geeky fork, thanks to the Death Star Waffle Maker.

This little countertop gadget features non-stick cast aluminum cooking plates, each imprinted with the iconic face of the Death Star. It yields 7-inch waffles that should be part of any aspiring Sith Lord's complete breakfast.

ThinkGeek, which is selling this particular crass cash-in on our collective childhood nostalgia, also proudly points out that both sides of your waffles will feature the space station's "Concave Dish Composite Beam Superlaser." You know, the giant laser cannon that blew up Princess Leia's home planet Alderaan.

The waffle maker is available exclusively through ThinkGeek, where it retails for $39.99.

Is it a silly thing to spend that much money on? Sure. Will it end up at a white elephant exchange in a year? Almost certainly. But now when you inevitably re-watch all six films in anticipation of the new sequel, you'll have the perfect snack to satisfy all your childhood cravings.
