Luxury appliance manufacturer Thermador has unveiled the 30-inch Five Burner Pro Harmony Range and 30-inch Five Burner Pro Rangetop at the 2015 Design & Construction Week in Las Vegas.

Available in June, the professional-grade range and rangetop feature five burners with a surface total of 59,000 BTUs.

Despite their high-end status, the Five Burner Pro Harmony Range and Rangetop are designed to complement most kitchens, even those lacking in ventilation. Thanks to a venting system that minimizes back wall temperatures, users can install custom surfaces behind these appliances without worrying about residual heat.

Two of the five Star Burners feature Thermador's ExtraLow simmering setting, which cycles the burner on and off and maintains a steady, consistently low temperature—perfect for simmering sauces without burning them.
